The Lifecycle of a Campaign on influence.co

Note: The information in this article references changes that are being made on November 29, 2020.

Campaigns on influence.co have a lifecycle: states the campaign goes through from initial creation to being successfully completed.

States

Draft

When you first create a campaign, it is a Draft. While in the Draft state, you can preview the campaign, but nobody else will be able to see the campaign even if you give them the URL.

Live

When you are ready to start receiving applications to your campaign, you Publish your campaign from the Draft state to the Live state. When you Publish your campaign, we email your followers on the platform that you’ve published a new campaign.

While Live, your campaign will show up in our Campaign Discovery tool, and influencers will be able to apply.

Paused

If you need to temporarily stop the inflow of applications, you can Pause your campaign. In the Paused state, your campaign will not show up in our Campaign Discovery tool, but it will be visible to anyone who has the URL to the campaign.

When you want to start getting applications again, you can Resume your campaign. Resuming a campaign does not email your followers again.

Finished

When your campaign is completed, you can mark it as Finished. A Finished campaign will not show up in our Campaign Discovery tool, and influencers will not be able to apply, but it will still show up on your profile as a Finished campaign.

Archived

If you have finished a campaign, but you do not want it to appear on your profile, you can Archive it.

How Campaigns Appear on your Profile

Draft and Archived campaigns do not appear on your profile. Live, Paused, and Finished campaigns appear under the “Campaigns” page of your profile.
